Privacy Policy
What we collect when you use this website, why, and what we do with it.
This website is run by DazlinQ Travel LLC. We collect very little, we do not track you around the internet, and we do not sell anything about you to anyone. This page explains exactly what happens to the information you give us.
What we collect
When you send a consultation request
The form asks for, and we store:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address and phone number
- Where you want to go, the kind of trip, your budget range, roughly when you want to travel, how long for, and how many people
- How you heard about us
- Anything else you choose to write in the notes box
Alongside that, our server records your IP address, your browser's identification string, and the date and time. That is not for marketing — it is how we limit automated spam and work out what went wrong if a message fails to arrive.
Please do not send passport numbers, dates of birth, card details or any other sensitive information through this form. If we need those to make a booking, we will arrange a secure way to collect them.
When you simply browse
Nothing is stored about you. There is no analytics software on this site, no advertising pixels, and no social media tracking. Pages do not load anything from other companies’ servers — the fonts and images all come from this website itself — so no third party learns that you visited.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie, named dazlinq_session, and
only when you open the consultation form. It holds a
random identifier used to keep the form secure against forgery. It contains no
personal information, it is not used for advertising, and it expires when you close
your browser.
Because that cookie is strictly necessary for the site to function, no consent banner is required. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, this page will be updated and you will be asked first.
Why we hold it and for how long
We use your enquiry to reply to you and plan your trip. We keep enquiries for as long as we are working with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Spam-prevention records are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
Who else sees it
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is shared only with:
- Our web host, which stores the website and its database.
- Our email provider, which carries the messages between us.
- Travel suppliers — airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators — but only the details actually needed to make a booking, and only once you have asked us to book something.
- Anyone we are legally required to disclose it to.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it entirely. Email dazlinqtravelllc@gmail.com and we will action it. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights — for example under California’s CCPA or the UK and EU GDPR. We will honour those requests regardless of where you are.
Keeping it safe
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Enquiries are stored in a database that is not reachable from the web. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not keep more than we need, which is the most effective protection there is.
Children
This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear rather than slipped in quietly.
