These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms of any trip you book — those are set out separately in writing before anything is confirmed, and nothing on this page changes them.
Using this site
You are welcome to browse, and to send us an enquiry. Please do not attempt to break into, overload or interfere with the site, submit anything false or malicious through the form, or copy the content for use elsewhere.
Enquiries are not bookings
Sending a consultation request starts a conversation. It does not reserve anything, it does not commit you to anything, and it does not create a contract. Nothing is booked until we have agreed the details with you in writing and you have confirmed.
Prices and availability
Where a price appears on this site it is a guide, based on what was available when it was written. Travel pricing moves constantly, and availability changes by the hour. We will always confirm the actual price and what it includes before you commit to anything.
Entry requirements are yours to meet
Passports, visas, vaccinations and entry rules are set by each destination and can change without notice. Meeting them is the traveller’s own responsibility. DazlinQ Travel LLC does not process, submit or guarantee them. We will always point you to the official source, and you should confirm directly with the relevant embassy or consulate before booking and again before you fly. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip, and cover appropriate to what you are doing. Choosing a policy and checking that it covers your circumstances is your decision.
Other websites
This site links to government departments, health authorities and insurers. Those sites are not ours, we do not control what they publish, and a link is not an endorsement.
Our content
The words, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to DazlinQ Travel LLC or are used with permission. Please do not reuse them without asking. If you believe something here infringes your rights, contact us and we will look into it promptly.
Limits
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the website itself. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
